Feedback from participants of the Lunchtime Meditation classes:

I found the sessions really beneficial….it helps clear my mind of the stresses of the day! A very good course, everyone should give it a go!

I felt the meditation sessions were at the right level. Half an hour was a perfect length of time and doable. .

I really enjoyed the classes……I have used the meditation at home and at work, it helps my concentration and it seems to bring my blood pressure readings down to normal. I’ve even checked to see if just sitting and resting for a few minutes works, but it doesn’t! Needless to say I found the sessions very helpful.

“So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.  Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress.  We will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away.”
