When things are going well in our lives we probably don’t stop and question why this is. But when things go wrong in our lives, we do tend to question why this is happening. If we check carefully and honestly, we can see that things often do go wrong in our lives, even daily. Through learning a time-honoured sequence of Buddhist meditations we can learn how to adjust to every situation in our life, whether good or bad, so that we can remain positive and calm. By doing this we will prepare and protect ourselves in whatever situation we find ourselves, and we will then be in a much better position to help others to do the same.
