Do you have difficulty getting to sleep? Is your mind overthinking and restless?

Is it difficult to unwind and switch off?

Is your lack of sleep causing you to be tired and exhausted, and is this affecting your day?

In this half day course we will explore some very helpful methods and meditations taught by Buddha that will help to unwind and relax your mind during your day. You will learn methods to let go of some of the busyness in your mind during your day so you can start to feel more in control of your own mind. You can enjoy being guided through some meditations to help still and settle your mind so you can start to experience your mind as peaceful, calm and still. This will enable you to feel confident that you can apply these methods and start to experience a peaceful restful sleep.
