Take a break from your usual busy life and learn simple meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful.
Once we learn how to focus the mind we will discover that naturally, from within, we can experience a deep sense of peace and happiness and most of the stress and tension we experience in daily life will dissolve away.
There are some essential techniques you need to know for your meditation practice to become strong, stable and effective. Each week you will be taught a different technique including increasing your motivation to meditate, mindfulness and concentration. By the end of this course, you will be qualified and confident to begin your own daily meditation practice at home.

But when things go wrong in our lives, we do tend to question why this is happening. If we check carefully and honestly, we can see that things often do go wrong in our lives, even daily. Through learning a time-honoured sequence of Buddhist meditations we can learn how to adjust to every situation in our life, whether good or bad, so that we can remain positive and calm. By doing this we will prepare and protect ourselves in whatever situation we find ourselves, and we will then be in a much better position to help others to do the same.
