The class will begin with a guided breathing meditation followed by step-by-step instructions on a particular topic, and a guided meditation.
There is time to ask questions and get advice on how to improve your practice of meditation at the end of each class. This class will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
There is no need to book – just turn up relax, and enjoy the inner peace that meditation brings.
