Create some space in your mind to deal with the daily stresses and problems that arise.
Drop in for a simple 30 minute guided meditation in your lunch-break. Learn simple practical meditations to introduce some space into your mind and your life. These meditations will make your mind calm and peaceful so you can become free from stress, tension, and worries. Many of your usual problems will fall away and your relationships with others will improve.
There is time to ask questions and get advice on how to improve your practice of meditation at the end of each class. This class will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and feel refreshed and inspired.
Everyone welcome – no experience needed.
